Finance Manager

Job Description

The role is to manage the accounting operations for 2 separate businesses reporting to the single Managing Director. The role is varied role and you would be required to manage the smooth operations for both businesses while being responsible for all day-to-day account functions.

Duties include:



Bank reconciliations

. Monthly reconciliation reports with invoice Finance for Wacnet

Balance sheet reconciliations

Quarterly VAT returns

Month end accounts

GP reports for analysis by Director and sales team

Year end accounts preparation for submission to Accountants

Cash flow forecasting

Purchase Ledger

Sales Ledger

Credit Control

Bank transfers in various currencies

Payroll for Wacnet

All supplier and client queries

Experience with Xero preferred, (Quickbooks or SAGE experience accepted).

Strong, proven experience in producing month end management accounts.

Strong communicator.

IT literate with advanced Excel skills.

Accurate and quick data input skills.

Ability to cope with pressure.

Enthusiastic and self-motivated

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
