Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial operations within the hospitality & Leisure sector. This role, based in North Manchester, requires expertise in accounting and finance to ensure the financial health and compliance of the organisation.
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements to support business decisions.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to align with organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Monitor cash flow and implement cost-saving strategies where necessary.
- Lead and support the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities within the business.
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial planning.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
- Knowledge or experience within the hospitality or leisure industry.
- Competitive salary between 40,000 and 50,000 per annum.
