Job Description
This is a superb opportunity for a Commercially minded and qualified accountant to join a growing organisation in the Crawley area over an initial spell of 12 months.
First and foremost steer some of the commercial finance team but, in addition to this, you will also also have lots of access to senior staff members sand will be business partnering with stakeholders across the company.
Key duties will entail:
- Take a lead on 4 direct reports across a growing finance department
- Management & financial reporting
- Business Partnering with key decision makers
- Looking to improve systems and processes where possible, taking oversight of AP and AR systems
- Be happy in (and able to commit to) a long term contract role
- Be ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified
- Be commercially minded, with strong business partnering skills
- Be confident in leading a small finance function
- Be available to start a new role in under a month (ideally sooner)
- Hybrid working (once settled in the role)
