Finance Team:
The finance team plays a key role in supporting the strategic and operational running of the school. The school has well-established financial systems, clear reporting structures and a proactive approach to budgeting and forecasting. The finance manager works closely with the school business leadership team, headteacher and governors to ensure strong financial planning, compliance and sustainability.
Requirements

• Experience in a finance role, ideally within education or a similar organisation
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Confidence using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Professional and confidential approach when handling financial data
• Strong communication skills and ability to support wider school planning
