ROLE
As the
Finance Manager
, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing financial processes. You will work closely with the CFO to ensure the financial health of the company.
Key duties will also include:
Developing and implementing financial processes
Managing budgeting and forecasting cycles
Overseeing financial reporting and compliance
Conducting financial analysis and providing insights
Supporting fundraising and investment activities
PERSON
The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment. You should be proactive, adaptable, and ready to take on a variety of tasks.
Key requirements include:
Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Proven experience in a finance management role
Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with senior management
Experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus
