Our client is a Not For Profit based in central London. They are now seeking a Finance Manager with strong management accounting, analysis and administrative skills.

THE POSITION / RESPONSIBILITIES
This position may be full time or 4 days/week and is a hybrid position - candidates may be fully qualified or part qualified with all the relevant experience.
This Finance Manager role has an emphasis on management reporting and analysis as well as supporting the statutory accounting and audit process in addition to ad hoc projects and operational responsibilities.
Reporting to the Finance Director, responsibilities include
Preparing management accounts and financial analysis
Managing cashflow forecasting and audits
Ad hoc projects and administration responsibilities
Supporting strategic and operational improvements
Supporting statutory reporting
THE CANDIDATE
This position may be full time or 4 days/week and is a hybrid position - candidates may be fully qualified or part qualified with all the relevant experience.
Candidates will need strong management accounting experience, good communication and people management skills, a proactive, organised approach and attention to detail, confidence working with systems, processes, and high-volume data. The salary is an indication of the salary range.
