Job Description

Venn Group is delighted to be working with a leading broadcasting organisation to appoint a Finance Manager on a 6-month interim basis. This role will lead the Finance workstream, developing practical international Finance and Corporate Tax policies, standards, and business procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with teams in the UK and across international bureaux to ensure consistent, high-quality practices aligned with best-in-class standards.
Key responsibilities of the role:

• Review, assess, and document current Finance policies, standards, and processes across international bureaux
• Recommend and implement improvements with an emphasis on standardisation and best-practice quality
• Prepare and distribute updated policies, standards, and processes to relevant bureaux and UK Head Office teams
• Chair and document weekly workstream meetings, managing deliverables, highlighting risks, issues, and interdependencies
• Coordinate Finance, Corporate Tax, and project management activities, including the deployment of QuickBooks or other accounting systems to bureaux
• Provide Finance expertise, analysis, and reporting to support overall project objectives

Ideal candidate profile:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Proven track record in Finance projects, with experience contributing to or leading Finance workstream teams
• Experience collaborating with international colleagues in multi-location or matrixed environments
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting and reporting financial data
• Deep understanding and practical application of Finance governance and control frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders

Pay rate: 400 - 450 per day (Umbrella, inside iR35)
Working hours: Full-time
Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week on site)
