Finance Manager
Job Description
A Private Hospital in London are searching for a new Finance Manager on a 6 month contract.
The role is to cover some sick leave, but could be open to extension for the right candidate.
The successful applicate will be responsible for managing the hospital's day-to-day financial operations, supporting decision-making, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. There will be a large amount of business partnering, so strong communication is a must have.
Applicants should be able to commute to Marylebone 3 days per week and be immediately available to start a new role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Prepare and review management accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with hospital policies
- Partner with operational and clinical teams to provide financial analysis and support decision-making
- Lead on financial modelling to support business planning and investment decisions
- Fully or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Private Healthcare setting, ideally within Management Accounts
- Strong communication skills
- Experience leading a team useful
