The Role:




We're looking to hire a

Finance Manager

to join our finance team. The role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, while driving process improvement across the finance function.


The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA from an audit background, with an ambitious mentality who is excited to take on ownership of a range of reporting areas at a fast growing FMCG company. They will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, and have the ability to own processes whilst implementing efficiencies and reporting excellence.


You will report into our Financial Controller.


Please note this is a junior to mid-level position.



Some of your responsibilities:

Lead key aspects of the month end process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and the month end process, across the financial statements. Collaborate with teams across the business to enhance financial visibility. Support automation initiatives and drive best practice across the finance team. Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders. Perform key analysis and modelling to support business performance.

3 + years finance experience Qualified accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Good knowledge of accounting principles, processes and controls Strong analytics skills (Microsoft Excel) + the ability to think strategically and problem-solve Excellent attention to detail, with organised structured working and strong prioritisation skills Strong communication skills, able to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders An open mindset, able to overcome operational challenges at speed Ability to take ownership of challenges and processes Self-motivated, willing to take the initiative Passionate about sustainability and the environment
