We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide key financial support for a portfolio of Sodexo UK accounts. Working closely with Account Directors and operational teams, you will play a vital role in driving financial performance, improving processes, and ensuring strong financial control across multiple contracts.
As a Finance Manager you'll:
Partner with the Account Director and site teams to support business decisions.
Build strong working relationships with senior operations to understand current and future challenges.
Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Manage month-end activities, including SAP PO tracking, client spend analysis, and invoicing.
Deliver accurate monthly accounts, ensuring all project and operational activity is reflected.
Review and analyse site performance, providing financial insight and commentary.
Support client meetings and quarterly business reviews with clear financial reporting.
Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure robust financial controls, including cash, stock, and cost management.
Provide financial training and support to operational teams.
What we're looking for:
Degree educated or equivalent, with an accounting qualification (or part-qualified).
Minimum 5 years' experience in finance, ideally within a commercial or contract-led environment.
Strong analytical, modelling, and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a matrix organisation.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
