We're looking for a proactive and detail-obsessed
Finance Manager
to join our high-performing Finance team. This role offers a rare mix of strategic impact and hands-on responsibility, where you'll lead Finance Operations, influence financial decision-making, and help shape how a global finance function runs.
You'll have ownership across:
Management accounting & reporting
Treasury and FX oversight
Operational finance leadership
Process improvement initiatives

What You'll Be Doing: -
Management Accounting & Reporting
Lead end-to-end monthly overhead reporting and provide smart, actionable insights.
Own management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
Contribute to planning, forecasting, and strategic financial discussions.
Process & Systems Excellence
Identify pain points and lead on process improvement.
Play a key role in implementing a new accounting system.
Ensure audit readiness and compliance across operations.
Treasury & FX Management
Own the group's cash strategy and cash flow forecasting.
Monitor FX exposure and help mitigate risks proactively.
Finance Operations Oversight
Lead and support the AP/AR team to ensure smooth, accurate processing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows, reporting and communication.
What We're Looking For: -
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
Experience managing finance operations (AP/AR) and strong knowledge of end-to-end processes.
Solid background in management accounting and cost control.
Proven skills in cash flow and FX risk management are a big plus.
Excellent communicator, analytical thinker, and collaborative leader.
