Duties

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Manage financial accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations Supervise accounts payable functions and ensure timely processing of invoices Monitor costs and implement cost control measures to optimise expenditure Lead the preparation of financial reports for senior management and stakeholders Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal policies Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives through sound financial planning Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as necessary

Experience

Proven experience in financial management within a similar organisation or sector Strong background in financial accounting, services, and planning Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively Extensive knowledge of accounts payable processes and cost control techniques Experience in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
