Robert Half are currently recruiting a permanent Finance Manager role in Wiltshire. This is a full time position requiring someone with previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Managing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Overseeing cashflow, payroll, and statutory reporting.
- Supporting strategic decision-making with clear financial analysis.
- Leading and developing the finance team.
- AAT qualified, qualified by experience or ACCA/CIMA qualified all considered.
- Intermediate level excel (vlookups and pivot tables).
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- 50,000- 60,000.
- 5 days onsite.
