Robert Half are currently recruiting a permanent Finance Manager role in Wiltshire. This is a full time position requiring someone with previous experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:

  • Managing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Overseeing cashflow, payroll, and statutory reporting.
  • Supporting strategic decision-making with clear financial analysis.
  • Leading and developing the finance team.
Profile:
  • AAT qualified, qualified by experience or ACCA/CIMA qualified all considered.
  • Intermediate level excel (vlookups and pivot tables).
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
Package
  • 50,000- 60,000.
  • 5 days onsite.
  • Enhanced benefits package - further details can be provided.
  • Free onsite parking.
