Duties
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals
Oversee financial accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to optimise resource allocation
Supervise accounts payable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Monitor costs and implement cost control measures to enhance organisational efficiency
Lead financial reporting efforts, preparing detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders
Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members, fostering professional development
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives through sound financial advice
Experience
Proven experience in financial management within a corporate or organisational setting
Strong background in financial accounting and services
Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Extensive knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting tools
Experience in accounts payable management and cost control strategies
Relevant qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable but not essential
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Provide management with regular analysis of financial performance, trends, and forecasts.
Report on the profitability of rental units, office spaces, parking operations, and construction projects.
Forecast revenue from property rentals and parking services across multiple sites.
Manage and oversee debt collection processes.
Maintain robust documentation for audits and regulatory checks.
Track construction and refurbishment project costs and compare against budgets.
Conduct financial modelling and ROI analysis for new property investments.
Evaluate pricing strategies for apartments, office spaces, and parking facilities.
Manage accounting software systems and ensure data accuracy.
Maintain secure and organised financial records.
Work closely with property managers, agents, contractors, and external suppliers.
Present financial insights to directors in a clear, actionable manner.
