Job Description

Our busy General Practice is looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to join our friendly team working alongside our Practice Manager and wider admin team along with our GP Partners.
We seek candidates experienced in SAGE, payroll and VAT.
We are looking for a well organised and proactive individual able to work both on their own and as part of a team.
We seek candidates to work part time, 26 hours per week, days can be flexible for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job

• Inputting and reconciling SAGE for accounts and VAT
• Reconciling main surgery account including global sum and dispensing drug payments
• Daily account check for fraud
• Weekly banking
• Account monitoring
• Tax accounts
• Payroll including holiday and sickness pay

About us
We are a well-established practice with four partners working in a purpose-built surgery near the centre of Mitcheldean. We have approximately 7000 patients and dispense to approximately 45% of these. We are also a training practice and regularly have a trainee GP working with us.
