Overview:
We are seeking a confident and proactive
Finance Manager
to lead our financial operations and support the leadership team with clear, timely reporting. This role will involve managing credit control, producing management accounts, and ensuring our financial systems--particularlyXero
and ourCRM
--are used effectively and accurately.Key Responsibilities:
Proactively chase outstanding debts
and manage credit control procedures Provideweekly financial updates
and insights to the directors Prepare and delivermonthly management accounts
, including profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting Oversee day-to-day accounting usingXero
, ensuring accuracy and completeness Maintain and improve the integration and use of theCRM
system for financial tracking Support budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting Coordinate with external accountants, suppliers, and customers as requiredRequirements:
Proven experience in a finance or accounting role Strong working knowledge of
Xero
and experience usingCRM systems
Excellent communication skills and confidence indebt chasing
Highlyproactive
, organised, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and deliver accurate reports to senior management Solid understanding offinancial principles, payroll, VAT returns, and financial compliance
