Key Responsibilities:
Proactively chase outstanding debts
and manage credit control procedures
Provide
weekly financial updates
and insights to the directors
Prepare and deliver
monthly management accounts
, including profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting
Oversee day-to-day accounting using
Xero
, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Maintain and improve the integration and use of the
CRM
system for financial tracking
Support budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting
Coordinate with external accountants, suppliers, and customers as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in a finance or accounting role
Strong working knowledge of
Xero
and experience using
CRM systems
Excellent communication skills and confidence in
debt chasing
Highly
proactive
, organised, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and deliver accurate reports to senior management
Solid understanding of
financial principles, payroll, VAT returns, and financial compliance
