Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems.
Monitor and analyse financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting activities.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
Provide guidance and support to finance team members.
Qualifications / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in financial management or related role.
Strong knowledge of cost control, financial services, financial accounting, and financial planning.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Proficient in using financial software and tools.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 47,500.00 per year
