We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the full accounts function, ensuring accurate financial processing, timely payments and receipts, and effective coordination across the accounts team. This role focuses on higher-level financial control, budgeting, cashflow management, and continuous process improvement. The Finance Manager acts as the main point of contact for management reporting, financial planning, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and support the Accounts Team Oversee accounts payable -- supplier payments, expenses, credit card reconciliations, and payroll preparation Approve invoices, expense claims, and payment runs Manage the Aged Debtors process and approve escalations for late payments Prepare, monitor, and analyse budgets in collaboration with management Forecast and manage cashflow to ensure financial stability and timely obligations Review and sign off the monthly management report, ensuring accuracy and insight Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure daily banking is complete and accurate Manage VAT submissions and compliance deadlines Maintain and improve financial systems, workflows, and internal controls Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Liaise with senior management, external accountants, and auditors as required Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and oversee team training and development
Skills & Qualifications:??

Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Confident using accounting software, spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets), and financial systems
Experience:??

Previous experience is essential Degree/Master's in a related field (Desirable).
