We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager, looking to take a pivotal leadership role in a growing and dynamic company. Overseeing financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and ensure sustainable financial growth. Responsibilities

Developing and executing financial strategies to support business growth. Managing company budgets and delivering accurate financial projections. Preparing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading audit processes. Identifying financial risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and improving cost efficiency. Providing financial insights to senior management and engaging with external partners. Managing, mentoring, and developing the finance team for high performance.

Requirements

A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent). Proven experience in finance management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Expertise in financial compliance and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Working Hours

The working hours for this position are 37.5 hours per week, from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am to 1:30pm on Friday. The business is closed for Bank Holidays, and we also enjoy a shutdown every Christmas until after the New Year.
