Duties

Manage all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee financial accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Develop and implement financial planning strategies that align with organisational goals. Supervise accounts payable functions to maintain efficient payment processes. Monitor cost control measures to optimise resource allocation and enhance profitability. Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives through sound financial advice and guidance. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to financial services.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial management, with a strong background in financial accounting and services. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Solid understanding of financial planning principles and practices. Experience managing accounts payable processes effectively. Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and optimisation strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are advantageous.
