Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong leadership abilities, comprehensive knowledge of financial management, and expertise in financial accounting and services. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring cost control, maintaining accounts payable processes, and fostering organisational growth through sound financial practices.

Responsibilities



Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organisational goals. Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Manage financial accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Supervise accounts payable functions and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments. Implement effective cost control measures to optimise organisational efficiency. Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering professional development and high performance. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Monitor organisational cash flow and manage financial risk. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal policies related to financial services. Collaborate with other departments to support organisational growth through strategic financial planning.

Qualifications



Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles within a corporate environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Extensive knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis techniques. Proficiency in managing accounts payable processes and implementing cost control strategies. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent are preferred. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 31,734.24-66,399.30 per year
