This role leads statutory reporting, audits, and financial governance for a major UK defence and engineering organisation. You'll mentor analysts, improve processes, and work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant, and insightful financial reporting.
As Finance Manager, you'll play a central role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and insightful financial reporting across Defence UK&I. You'll be hands-on with statutory reporting and audit cycles, while also supporting and developing the Finance Analyst team and driving improvements in financial controls.
