Job Description

We are a long-established electrical contractor seeking a

strong, hands-on Finance Manager

to take ownership of our day-to-day finances and support the ongoing financial strength of the business. Construction experience is

not essential

- full sector training will be provided - but a solid finance background is.

Key responsibilities



Maintain accurate financial records in

Xero

(project tracking, payments, VAT, year-end)

Run 4-weekly payroll (including pensions) using

Sage



Track staff timesheets and holiday records

What we're looking for



Proven experience in a finance/accounts role

Confident user of

accounting software

and

Microsoft Office



Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Able to prioritise and work independently

Strong interpersonal skills - comfortable working with colleagues and clients
