Finance Manager
Our client is a successful well established family business with a turnover over around 10m. They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager in a role offering unlimited opportunities to progress.
You will be reporting into the owners of the business and the FD and overseeing a team of three people in the accounts team.
- Maintaining day-to-day financial control of the business within budgets by the board.
- Develop financial plans for the company based on research and data
- Help improve on current accounting systems
- Implement financial reporting systems to comply with new government regulations and legislation
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, file and reported.
- Manage cash flow
- Assisting in preparation of regular draft reports in relation to P&L Accounts/Balance Sheets/Creditors & Debtors Reports and WIP. Ensuring timely delivery of financial reporting obligations are met monthly with board standards.
- Review all financial plans regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
