The Role

We're looking for a highly capable Finance Manager -- essentially a management accountant with ambition -- to take ownership of our day-to-day financial operations, provide insight into performance, and ensure the business is equipped to grow. This role is a stepping stone to Finance Leader, and we'll actively support you in that journey.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day accounts and financial operations. Preparing management accounts and financial reports. Analysing business performance and highlighting opportunities for growth and efficiency. Supporting the leadership team with insights, forecasts, and decision-making. Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity in all financial matters. Working closely with the bookkeeper and wider team to streamline processes.

What We'll Be Looking For

Qualified (or part-qualified) accountant with strong management accounting experience. Excellent financial reporting skills, with the ability to present insights clearly. Analytical mindset -- spotting trends, opportunities, and risks. Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced scale-up. Someone with ambition to grow into a Finance Leader role.
