About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the European Finance team supporting the UK sales businesses alongside colleagues supporting our European subsidiaries in France, Spain, Germany and Benelux.


As the Finance Manager, you'll oversee financial reporting and provide commercial support for UK and global distribution sales. You'll partner with General Managers and management teams on business planning, target setting, cross-functional projects, and monthly management accounts.



In this hybrid role you'll lead the UK Management Accountant and Credit Control team, driving their development, performance, and wellbeing.

About you

We're looking for someone who brings
A high level of organisation, with strong attention to detail Strong analytical skills and self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being a collaborative team player Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to manage and analyse large datasets Experience with Oracle (or similar accounting software) is an advantage but not essential Qualified in ACCA, ACA, and CIMA, with experience in industry or practice Line management experience beneficial but not required - this role offers the opportunity to develop leadership skills in managing a small team
