Are you a strategic finance leader ready to make an impact across two dynamic markets? We're looking for a

Finance Manager

to lead and shape financial operations in the

UK and Netherlands

, driving performance, compliance, and innovation across our cluster.

Your tasks

--------------


Lead and support Finance Team and the Cluster Controlling team. Oversee planning, month-end and year-end closing processes (MEC/YEC). Drive standardisation and support shared services implementation. Manage strategic, investment, and operational controlling.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance:

Ensures compliance with finance and accounting policies and procedures as set by Franke, IFRS and local regulations

Lean Management:

Increase finance organisation efficiency; reduce transactional costs through Lean Organisation set-up, standardisation and automation

Management Reporting:

Provides management support to the Cluster Head and other functional heads in the Cluster as sparring partner through Management reporting

Control:

increase the management benefit of controlling insights while reducing operational costs
