The Finance Manager will oversee the financial activities of the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and delivering accurate financial reporting. This role within the Not For Profit industry requires strong expertise in accounting and finance to support organisational objectives effectively.
The Finance Manager duties will include:

• Managing the finance team ensuring delivery on operational objectives while overseeing financial compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
• Preparing and presenting monthly/quarterly reports, providing advice, identifying key trends and providing insights that enable stakeholder understanding and the diagnosis of operational and financial performance.
• Supporting senior leadership on enhancements to process delivery/efficiency and organisational performance
• Supervising and developing the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Liaising with auditors and external stakeholders as required.

• A competitive salary of 48000 to 52000 per annum, depending on experience.
