This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth scale-up where your work will have real impact. You'll be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring best practice across the function.

Key Duties

Lead and manage the finance team, overseeing all daily accounting operations. Own the production of accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts, and budgets. Weekly P&L reporting Manage cashflow, credit control, and supplier/customer payments to ensure smooth operations. Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and liaise with external auditors. Provide commercial analysis and financial insights to support the leadership team. Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and processes to support scale-up growth. Partner with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, product) to drive profitability and efficiency. Report directly to the directors, acting as a key member of the leadership team.
Key Qualifications, Skills & Experience

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with at least 3+ years PQE. Proven track record in a finance management role, ideally within a scale-up or SME environment. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and reporting requirements. Commercially minded with the ability to provide insight beyond the numbers. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High level of proficiency in accounting platforms (e.g. Xero, Sage, Quickbooks) and Excel. Transport or logistics sector experience desirable but not essential.

Salary:

45,000~
