Job Description
This exciting opportunity as a Finance Manager in the industrial/manufacturing sector requires strong accounting expertise and a proactive approach to financial management. The role is based in Warwickshire and involves overseeing financial operations while supporting strategic business objectives.
- Oversee and manage all financial operations and reporting processes.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvements.
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making at senior levels.
- Lead and mentor a small team of finance professionals.
- Work closely with external auditors and other stakeholders as required.
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Proven experience in financial management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial systems and processes.
- The ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
- A competitive salary ranging from 50,000 to 55,000 per annum.
- Car allowance of 5,000.
