Job Description
The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. This permanent role offers the opportunity to lead a team and drive financial strategies for success.
- Manage and oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to key stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Supervise and mentor a team within the Accounting & Finance department.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.
- Provide regular financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is essential
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
