Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, management reporting, and financial analysis. This is a key role supporting the Finance Director in overseeing both the finance and compliance teams. You will drive process improvements, implement controls, and contribute to a culture of continuous development and outstanding customer service.
Knowledge and Experience
The ideal candidate would have:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Xero.
Qualified accountant preferred.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing and accounting adjustments.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor financial budgets and forecasts.
Support the Finance Director with strategic initiatives and decision-making through financial analysis and risk assessments.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Implement and maintain process improvements and controls.
Handle complex client queries with professionalism and clarity.
