Responsibilities

Manage financial accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Supervise accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments. Lead cost control initiatives to optimise expenditure and improve profitability. Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering professional development and effective collaboration. Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support organisational decision-making through insightful financial planning and analysis.

Requirements



Proven experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of financial services, including regulatory standards and best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control techniques. Proficiency in managing accounts payable processes and financial software systems. Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Relevant qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent are highly desirable. Ability to analyse complex data sets and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Pay: 36,000.00-40,000.00 per year
