What are we looking for:
Experience as an Finance Manager or second in charge ideally within a hospitality environment.
2+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
Resilience and able to meet targets in a supportive but pressured environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Main responsibilities of this role include:
Ensure that accounting records are kept which accurately reflect all the income and expenditure in accordance with Company policies.
Provide information to management to assist future forecasting and budgeting.
Oversee accounting and financial management requirements.
Lead the monthly submission of management accounts.
Highly involved with preparation of annual budget.
System and procedural reviews and improvements.
Review and analysis of monthly results.
