Wayman Education is looking for an Interim Finance Officer to work in a Good School starting in January 2026. The School is looking for someone who has experience in working in a finance or administrative capacity, ideally with strong data and systems knowledge.

- Hands on
- Hybrid role across finance and administration
- Competent with Managing Information Services on SIMS or similar finance software
- Recording and monitoring budgets and invoices
- Liaising with suppliers and finance staff
- The students' progress is consistently excellent for GCSE and A level.
- A warm approach to working and a friendly environment to be part of.
- Clear systems and structures are in place, and a sensible approach to feedback.
- Excellent staff relationships and highly supportive Headteacher.
- Degree or qualification in Finance, Business or Accounting
- Experience of working in an education or finance setting
- Excellent organisational and IT skills
The salary for this Finance Officer position will be paid on a scale relevant to experience.
