Full/Part Time Finance and HR Officer - Cambridge City Centre GP Practice
We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Officer. The person we are looking for will be a self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work accurately on an independent basis and take pride in the quality of their work.
Overview of role
Finance
Processing the BACS and payment runs
Posting Sales and Purchase invoices
Posting cash receipts
VAT return
Bank reconciliations, month/year end
Preparation of monthly Management Information
Preparation of Partners Tax Returns Documentation
. Policies and processes.
The ideal candidate Profile:
Financial qualification or relevant experience
Highly motivated
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Good organisational skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
Ability to prepare accounts to trial balance
Knowledge of Sage 50 and Sage payroll
Strong attention to detail and accuracy within your work
Excellent communication, team working skills, ability to liaise and build rapport with colleagues
Experience working within a health care setting would be advantageous
Willingness to learn new skills
