The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Accounts Department as a Finance Officer. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance professional with a keen eye for detail to contribute to a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities

Processing of weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring all data from time and attendance system is captured correctly Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices accurately and efficiently and processing of BACS payment runs Reconciling supplier accounts against statements Submission of VAT Returns and EC Sales List Assist Accounts Receivable function when required Support with general office duties

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in a Finance or Accounts role Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

Desirable Qualifications / Experience

Previous experience with Sage 50 Accounts Professional
