Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a compassionate and innovative care provider who are seeking an experienced Finance Officer/ Manager to oversee and manage their financial operations to support overall business objectives.

- Manage and maintain financial recording systems
- Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers
- Review expenditure and assist with cost reductions
- Accurately process weekly payments for staff salaries
- Manage, issue, monitor, control, and audit the petty cash system
- Liaise with external auditors
- Monitor financial details to ensure legal requirements are met
- Identify opportunities for improvement to support organisational goals
- Key contact for queries and managing account updates
- Experience in a similar role essential
- AAT Level 3 desirable
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
