Rhinox Group Ltd is a leading worldwide manufacturer of excavator buckets and attachments with a rapidly growing customer base in the UK and North America. We are a dynamic team, passionate about driving the Rhinox brand forward in line with our ambitious company goals. As we continue our rapid growth, we are expanding our finance team to ensure we scale effectively. This role is a key part of that evolution.



We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated Finance Officer to strengthen our finance operations and support the UK and US entities. This is a hands-on role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of core finance processes while also getting involved in improvement and integration projects. You'll be based at our head office in North Newbald, just outside Beverley. Due to very limited public transport, own transport is essential.

Key Responsibilities:




Accounts Receivable - Invoicing, customer accounts, credit control, payment chasing (UK & USA) Accounts Payable - Reconciliations, aged creditors analysis & provide support to existing team with processing Bank Reconciliations - provide support to existing team VAT Returns - Assist in the preparation and submission of UK VAT returns Intercompany - Support intercompany postings and reconciliations across entities Month-End Support - Assist with production of monthly management accounts Process Improvement - Help streamline finance systems and reporting as the business grows Other Ad Hoc Duties - Support team as business demands require

Essential:




Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance role Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliations) Organised, self-sufficient, and able to manage competing priorities Strong ownership and follow-through to meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Able to assess risk when setting credit limits or chasing debt

Desirable:




Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Exposure to multi-entity or international finance operations AAT Qualification - Working towards
