Key Responsibilities
Raise sales ledger invoices and manage associated queries.
Support revenue reporting, reconciliations, and departmental processes.
Assist with credit control and debtor reviews.
Reconcile bank, credit card, and petty cash transactions.
Recognise revenue from payment platforms
Provide support with staff credit cards
Assist with year-end processes and financial reporting.
Contribute to ad-hoc finance duties as needed.
About You
Experience working in a finance role with purchase and sales ledger knowledge.
Proficient in Sage 50 and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
AAT Level 2 (or working towards) or equivalent qualification.
Excellent attention to detail with an analytical approach.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
