Due to internal progression, we are now looking for a new team member to join our Workflow Business Unit (WBU).

The WBU underpins the work of several teams within Finance and, to successfully provide this service, all WBU Officers liaise with the Council's Customer Contact Centre daily to be able to respond to finance queries, and meet the standards expected in our Service Level Agreement.
