About Us



We're a fast-growing independent coffee business with real momentum. Two busy neighbourhood cafes, a strong and expanding B2B wholesale arm, an e-commerce store, and high-profile events -- all under one umbrella.

Until now, the owner has personally run the whole opperation. As the business scales, we're looking for someone sharp, curious, and commercially minded to step in and

own the numbers

, helping shape how the business grows from here.

The Role



This is not a quiet, back-office finance role. You'll sit close to the action, working alongside the owners and the team

in the office most of the week

, with the space to work from home one day a week or our cafes.

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day financial engine of the business and turn numbers into insight -- helping us make better decisions across four distinct revenue streams.

If you like being hands-on, understanding how things really work, and having a voice in how a business is run, you'll enjoy this role.

What You'll Be Doing?



Own the Numbers Across the Business


You'll manage finance across Retail, Wholesale B2B, Ecommerce (Shopify), and Events -- understanding what drives profit in each channel.

Protect & Improve Margins


You'll track product-level margins and spot issues early -- whether it's rising input costs in cafes or delivery fees creeping up online.

Run Cash Flow Like a Pro


You'll own the wholesale order-to-cash process, building strong relationships with customers while keeping cash healthy and predictable.

Improve Systems & Processes


You'll keep Xero, Shopify, POS, and inventory systems clean, connected, and increasingly automated -- less manual work, better data.

Deliver Clear, Useful Reporting


You'll produce weekly flash reports and monthly management accounts that actually get used -- highlighting what's working, what isn't, and where to focus next.

Who This Is For?



2-4 years' experience in a finance role, ideally in hospitality, retail, or an SME Confident in Xero and comfortable improving processes and systems Commercially minded -- you care about understanding the story behind the numbers Happy being close to operations and people, not siloed away Studying towards or holding ACCA / CIMA / ACA (or similar)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 42,000.00-45,000.00 per year
