As Finance Partner at Photobot, you'll take ownership of key financial processes including managing accounts receivable and payable, overseeing all company expenditure, processing team expenses, and maintaining the company's profit & loss (P&L) and cash flow. You'll work closely with leadership to provide accurate financial insights and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiently and accurately
Oversee all company expenditure, ensuring compliance with policies and budgets
Process and reconcile team expenses
Maintain and update the company's profit & loss statements and cash flow forecasts
Collaborate with the leadership team to monitor financial performance and provide insights
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing accounts receivable and payable
Strong understanding of company expenditure management and expense processing
Experience preparing and maintaining P&L statements and cash flow reports
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
Proficient with accounting software and Excel
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial tasks
