Finance Performance Analyst - Biofuels

Job Location:

Canary Wharf, London (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Contract Length:

6 Months contract (Until 30/04/2026)

7.5 per day / 37.5 per week

What you will do:



Track and manage biofuels performance for Biofuels Growth at an executive level Prepare business performance reports and presentations for senior executives Own compilation, preparation and presentation of overall Bio Long-term plan Support preparation and approval process for bp's bio activities i.e. prepare data, present proposals and manage submissions Ensure integrated bio approach across Refining, ST&S, bpBioenergy and Biofuels Growth Owner of the process for identifying, evaluating, tracking and reporting risks and upsides/response levers related to the in-year delivery of the Plan. Partner with key stakeholders in the biofuels growth businesses, to drive the delivery of the financial plan for earnings, capex and cash and embed strong cost management

What you will have:



Degree qualified or equivalent. Accounting qualification is an advantage. Sound commercial and accounting acumen - ability to analyse and understand financial information including understanding of basic accounting concepts. Strong understanding of performance management process and how financial strategy, planning and delivery link together Strong verbal and written communication - confident communicating through various mediums, producing high quality written documents and presentations. Comfortable working independently and with all levels of the organisation. Ability to develop cross-cultural relationships quickly, and build a strong network Comfortable working at pace in a highly organised way - planning key meetings, ensuring pre-reads are developed and delivered on time, as well as meeting actions being progressed.
