THE ROLE
The Finance Project Manager will be a proactive and adaptable member of the finance team in the B2C side of the business

located in Norwich. This role sits within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, offering a unique opportunity to shape and improve core financial processes in a business undergoing rapid development.
The primary focus of this role will be to lead ongoing projects and improvements in the reconciliation of invoicing to cash. You'll work cross-functionally with finance, commercial, and operational teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement practical solutions that enhance accuracy and transparency across the order-to-cash cycle.
In addition to project delivery, you'll support the development of financial forecasting and reporting processes. As current initiatives mature, there will be increasing scope to take ownership of reporting cycles, contribute to strategic planning, and influence decision-making through insightful analysis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with immature systems and processes. You'll be instrumental in building structure and clarity, helping to embed scalable solutions that support long-term growth.
