?FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER
We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance Project Manager to join our fast-paced B2C team in Norwich. ?Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30
?Salary: 45-50,000 per annum dependant on experience
?Location: Hybrid Norwich
This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.

?WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with a passion for process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring:
Experience

• Proven track record in a finance reporting role, ideally with 3+ years in a medium to large organisation.
• Hands-on involvement in projects focused on process improvement, cost optimisation, or digital transformation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Part Qualified or Qualified Professional (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of financial processes and documentation.
• Ability to assess the broader impact of changes within a complex and evolving business environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a drive to enhance financial processes.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
• Proficiency in financial tools and systems, including Excel, ERP platforms, and financial modelling.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

?THE ROLE
The Finance Project Manager will be a proactive and adaptable member of the finance team in the B2C side of the business Careline365 located in Norwich. This role sits within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, offering a unique opportunity to shape and improve core financial processes in a business undergoing rapid development.
The primary focus of this role will be to lead ongoing projects and improvements in the reconciliation of invoicing to cash. You'll work cross-functionally with finance, commercial, and operational teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement practical solutions that enhance accuracy and transparency across the order-to-cash cycle.
In addition to project delivery, you'll support the development of financial forecasting and reporting processes. As current initiatives mature, there will be increasing scope to take ownership of reporting cycles, contribute to strategic planning, and influence decision-making through insightful analysis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with immature systems and processes. You'll be instrumental in building structure and clarity, helping to embed scalable solutions that support long-term growth.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, this role is working across departments to align priorities, share updates, and ensure successful delivery of project milestones. Main Responsibilities and Activities
Project Management: Lead financial projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion. Provide financial support for business development activities.
Process Improvement: Support the identification of inefficiencies in financial workflows and help design and implement practical solutions to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency.
Financial Forecasting & Reporting: Assist in the development of forecasting models and reporting tools. Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support decision-making and track performance.
Performance Tracking: Contribute to the development of metrics and dashboards that monitor financial performance and highlight areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.
Risk Awareness: Support the identification of financial risks and help implement controls and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
