About the Role
Our Finance team are looking for a
Finance Quality Team Apprentice
. To help co-ordinate training requirements, facilitate and deliver effective learning and development opportunities to the Finance team, alongside the Finance Learning and Development Specialist. To assist and perform Quality Assessments, identifying areas of improvement that will enhance customer satisfaction. To manage and analyse complex data, identifying root causes and implementing continuous improvement within Finance processes, thus improving productivity and performance. To use this knowledge to support the ICCC+ / NPA specialist.
As an apprentice within the department, you will support the function as outlined above, whilst attending the necessary workshops and learning interventions in order to complete your apprenticeship programme within the required timeframe.
You will responsible for:
Work under the guidance of the Finance Training & Quality Manager
Provide support to the Finance Training & Quality Manager in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Support the facilitation of on-going training of new starters and existing employees
Support the Finance Quality Manager to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions
Ensure all new starters are onboarded within Finance using the 100-day plans framework
Support the Finance Quality Assessor with the completion of monthly Quality Assessments, across various teams within Finance, including our outsourcing business partners.
Ensure prompt feedback is provided to all agents during their L&D journey, using the AID (Action, Impact, Do) model
Support the department in maintaining a level of service, which meets the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Certification requirements and is compliant with an Insanely Customer Centric Culture (ICCC)

Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal / Written / Listening

Strong Planning, organisational skills, and ability to use own initiative and work under pressure, prioritising workload where require
Good timekeeping with flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of the business
Technical knowledge, including Microsoft Office Packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably ERP system knowledge
Attention to detail
Demonstrate the ability to impart knowledge and communicate complex issues clearly to others using simple terms in a polite and professional manner
Challenges self to continuously improve standards and strive for excellence
Education / Qualifications
GCSE standard or equivalent (Grade 4 or above / A-C Grade) in English and Maths
