Fixed Term Contract - 6 months



Location - Finchampstead/Hybrid



Reports to: Accounts Manager

A key strength remains in our ability to provide a turnkey project from design, build, installation and qualification through to system lifetime support and calibration which is only possible with our expert teams.

We're looking for a Finance Systems Implementations Lead to drive a series of finance improvement and system implementation projects. This hands-on role will ensure new processes are effectively designed, tested, and embedded -- supporting smoother, smarter financial operations.

During this transition period, you'll also support the Accounts Manager with data integrity and month-end reconciliations, helping maintain accuracy and stability as new systems go live.

What you'll be doing



Project Delivery & Implementation



Lead the rollout of key finance improvement projects, including: Salary sacrifice pension and company car schemes Travel management system Company credit card facility Purchase ledger automation (invoice capture) system Coordinate with system suppliers, internal teams, and the Accounts Manager to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery. Develop clear process documentation and provide training for finance team members. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues prior to go-live. Oversee smooth handover of each project into business-as-usual operations.

Finance & Data Support



Support the Accounts Manager with month-end reconciliations and key finance checks. Maintain data integrity in Sage 200, ensuring financial information remains accurate and consistent. Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience leading or coordinating finance or operations system improvement projects. Strong understanding of finance functions (Accounts Payable/Receivable, reconciliations, reporting). Experience with Sage 200 or similar ERP/accounting systems. Excellent process documentation, testing, and data validation skills. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical, self-motivated, and results-oriented
