We are currently in Eynsham but will be relocating to new premises in Kingston Business Park, Kingston Bagpuize, in the New Year. Khush Ingredients has an affiliate based in Netherlands, and this function will work closely with the Affiliate also.
We will consider new or experienced persons for this role and can be part time or full time. If full time other business administration duties will be discussed. Only those within 40 minute commute of Kingston Bagpuize will be considered.
Job Summary
The Finance Team plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organisation. This team is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for finance.
Duties
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational efficiency.
Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable processes effectively.
Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
Participate in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Qualifications
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with accounting system SAGE is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accuracy in financial reporting.
Effective communication skills to convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
