Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Process improvement, change management, or similar transformation role experience
Knowledge of process diagnostic frameworks, stakeholder engagement strategies, and strategy documentation
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and process mapping software
Remarkable communication and project management skills, particularly in matrixed environments
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Demonstrated success working in teams or squads on highly detailed projects
Ability to organize priorities while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes
Considerable problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
Experience with large-scale transformations or business architecture methodologies
